1. Comply with State and Hotel regulations on ensuring safety and disease prevention.

2. All guests coming to stay must bring valid identification documents according to the Regulations of the Accommodation Law

3. Hillside Phu Quoc is a smoke-free hotel and smoking is prohibited in all rooms. A housekeeping fee of VND 3,000,000 will be applied to the room bill for guests who violate this provision as a 24-hour service charge required to refresh and restore the room.

4. Our check-in time is 14:00. Any requests for earlier check-in are not guaranteed and are subject to room availability; Additional charges may apply.

5. Our check-out time is 12:00. A 50% room surcharge will apply if you check out late before 18:00. A full room surcharge will be applied in case you check out late after 18:00 onwards.

6. Pets are not allowed in the room.

7. Washing, drying or hanging clothes on the balcony is not allowed.

8. Do not bring fruits or strong-smelling foods (durian, jackfruit, fish sauce...) into the room.

9. No weapons, chemicals or explosives are allowed into the room at any time.

10. Guests are responsible for compensation for damage to items and equipment in the room caused by the Guest. Compensation level for each item and equipment. Please refer to the list of items that will be charged/sold in the room.
